This POLICY contains information about the collection, processing and storage of personal data by the company, as well as about the rights of individuals in relation to the protection of their personal data.

The company operates in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) and other European and Bulgarian regulations in the field of personal data protection. The Company adheres to the following principles when processing your personal data:

  • legality, good faith and transparency;
  • limitation of the purposes of processing;
  • relevance to the purposes of processing and minimising the data collected;
  • accuracy and timeliness of the data;
  • limitation of storage in order to achieve the objectives;
  • integrity and confidentiality of processing and ensuring an appropriate level of security of personal data.

COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is any information relating to you through which we can identify you, such as your name, personal identification number, email address (email), contact phone number and information regarding your access to our website.

You can browse our website without entering any personal data. In cases where you want to make an inquiry to us, we need to receive your personal data (name, telephone number and email address) in order to be able to respond to your inquiry and provide you with the requested information. In this case, we need to obtain your consent to process your personal data.

The Company also collects, processes and stores personal data in connection with the conclusion and performance of contracts with its clients.

The Company is a personal data administrator and as such collects, processes and stores personal data on the following grounds:

  • fulfillment of obligations under a concluded contract;
  • explicit consent obtained from you;
  • compliance with obligations arising from a normative act;
  • for the performance of a task in the public interest;
  • for the purposes of the legitimate interest of the company.

FOR WHICH YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED, PROCESSED AND STORED

The Company collects, processes and stores personal data that you provide to us for the following purposes:

  • individualization of a party to the contract and persons for contact in connection with its implementation;
  • accounting purposes;

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED, PROCESSED AND STORED

The Company collects, processes and stores the following types of personal data:

  • names, personal identification number, address, e-mail address (e-mail), telephone number – for the clients-natural persons, or of the natural persons who manage and represent the clients-legal entities. This data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of contracts with the company’s clients, as well as for contacting the client and sending information to him, including with explicit consent – and for sending promotional and advertising messages. No sensitive data is collected;
  • information about your use of our website – IP address, operating system, browser, search queries and viewed content. This information is collected in order to improve and personalize users’ searches;

The Company does not collect, process or store special categories of personal data (sensitive data), as well as does not carry out automated decision-making with data.

RETENTION PERIOD FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Company will not store your personal data for a period longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which we process it. When determining the appropriate retention period, we take into account the quantity and nature of the personal data, the purposes for which we process it, and whether we can achieve these purposes by other means. The Company also complies with the relevant legal requirements for the storage of certain categories of data in order to fulfill our obligations arising from a legal act or a contract, as well as to protect our legal rights in the event of a claim.

If there is no need to store them, the Company will delete or destroy your personal data in a secure way and without undue delay.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR PROCESSING

The Company independently collects and processes the personal data provided by you. They will be provided to third parties only in the cases provided for by law.

All personal data are stored on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The Company does not transfer your personal data to third countries.

YOUR RIGHTS TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In certain circumstances, you are entitled by law:

  • to request information about whether the company stores your personal data, and in case we have such – what this data is, on what grounds and for what purpose we process and store it;
  • request access to your personal data (the so-called ‘data access request’). This allows you to receive a copy of your personal data held by the company and to check whether we process it in the manner established by law;
  • to request correction of your personal data held by the company. This gives you the opportunity to correct any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you.
  • to request the deletion of your personal data (the so-called “the right to be forgotten”). This allows you to ask us to delete or remove all or part of your personal data without undue delay, if there is no reason for us to continue to process and store it. The Company does not delete the data that it has a legal obligation to keep, including for protection in connection with legal claims made against it or proving its rights;
  • to object to the processing of your personal data in case we refer to a legitimate interest (or the interests of a third party) and something in your particular situation causes you to object to the processing for this reason. You also have the right to object if we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes;
  • request restriction of the processing of your personal data. This allows you to ask us to stop processing your personal information if, for example, you wish us to establish its accuracy or the reason for processing it;
  • request the transfer of your personal data in electronic and structured form to you or another person (the so-called “Personal Data”). ‘right to data portability’). This allows you to take your data from us in a suitable electronic format and transfer it to another person in a suitable electronic format;
  • withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent for all or only part of your personal data, as well as for specific or all purposes of processing. If you have given consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw it at any time in relation to that particular type of processing. Once you notify us that you are withdrawing your consent, we will cease processing them for the purpose or purposes to which you originally consented, unless there is another reason to continue that processing;
  • to be notified in the event of a breach of the security of your personal data, which may pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms. The Company will inform you without undue delay and in an appropriate manner when such a violation is established, as well as about the measures that have been taken or are to be taken.

Please note that we may ask you for specific information to help us verify your identity and respect your right to access information or any of your other rights. Exercising the above rights does not require you to pay a fee. However, we may charge a reasonable administration fee if your access request is manifestly unfounded or if the requests are repeated or excessive. In such circumstances, we may also refuse to comply with the request.

If you believe that your personal data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection.

The Company follows strict security procedures for storing your personal data, as well as to protect them from unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction or damage. The security of your personal data is our priority, with which we do not make any compromises.

The Company applies organizational, physical, information technology and other necessary measures to ensure the security and protection of your personal data and the monitoring of the processing of personal data.

Some of the security measures undertaken by the company include the following activities:

  • the rules for the collection, processing and storage of personal data are established in internal procedures, the observance of which is constantly monitored;
  • confidentiality obligations have been introduced for all employees of the company;
  • The company strives to constantly improve the security measures that we have implemented and apply in our activities and comply with the most modern technologies.
